Terms of use

Updated 28 October 2026

1. What these terms are about

These terms cover this website, the Wispi forest game you can play here, the Discovery Journal kept in your browser and the WispiLanternBook contract on Robinhood Chain. Together we call them the service. By playing, connecting a wallet or lighting a lantern you accept these terms; if you do not, please leave the forest here.

Wispi is an early preview. Areas, quests and pages may change, pause or disappear without notice, and progress may need to be reset when the game changes.

2. Who can use it

You need to be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and you are responsible for following your local laws. Skip the service wherever local rules forbid it.

3. Your browser, your wallet

The game needs no account and no wallet. Your progress lives in your own browser storage; clearing it clears your journal, and we cannot restore it.

When you connect a wallet, the site only learns its public address. You confirm every signature and every transaction yourself. We will never request a seed phrase or a private key, and nobody speaking for Wispi ever will.

4. Lanterns on chain

A lantern is a public, permanent record that a wallet says it relit a forest area. It is self-reported: the contract cannot see the game. Lanterns cannot be edited or removed by anyone, including us. Lighting one costs network gas, paid to the network, not to us.

Practice lanterns signed before the lantern book went live (28 October 2026) are a signature kept in your browser only; they were never sent on chain.

5. The token

$WISPI is a community memecoin. It is not a share, a security, a deposit or a claim on anything, and no reward, income or value is offered or promised. Features described as planned may never exist. This site gives no financial, legal or tax advice.

6. Fair play

Do not attack the site, overload its chain relay, scrape it aggressively or pretend to be Wispi. The public relay has limits, and requests over them are refused.

7. Liability

The service is offered as is, without warranty. As far as applicable law permits, Wispi and its contributors carry no liability for losses caused by using the site, the game, a wallet, the contract or the token.

How we handle data is on the privacy page. Questions go to @wispi on X.
